Senior and mid-level technical professionals with demonstrated AI experience are in high demand. Entry-level postings in the sector have declined. The interpretation from recruiters quoted in the piece is straightforward: one experienced professional who can direct and quality-check AI tools can produce what an entire team used to. Companies are not looking for more people. They are looking for the right people.


The soft skills finding is equally notable. Research referenced in the article shows that as AI absorbs background tasks, the roles that remain are becoming more interpersonal and more human-focused.
