The Career Accelerator Collective is built differently.
This is an intensive eight-week program that brings together a small group of ambitious mid-career professionals for focused, structured, peer-supported career acceleration. Week 5. Career Navigation and Strategic Moves. When to stay, when to move, and how to think about your career as a long-term arc rather than a series of short-term decisions.
Week 6. Compensation and Negotiation. Know your market value, negotiate with confidence, and stop leaving money on the table.
Week 7. The Leadership Transition. The identity shift, the skill gaps, and the political realities of moving from individual contributor to leader.
Week 8. Your 12-Month Plan. Every participant leaves with a written, personalized career roadmap and a clear plan for sustaining momentum after the program ends.
