Elite Career Solutions, LLC (ECS) is not a general career coaching firm. It exists for one reason: to help mid-career finance and business professionals navigate a career path that is rewarding, complex, and difficult to see clearly without a guide.
Most professionals who plateau are not underperforming. They are working without a clear strategy, without visibility to the people who make decisions, and without a mentor who has actually succeeded at the level they want to achieve. ECS was built to provide that guidance.

Our Founder
Chad Connell is the Vice President of Government Finance at Lockheed Martin Corporation, a Fortune 100 aerospace and defense company with annual sales over $75B. Promoted to this role in 2016 at the age of 37, Chad has led key initiatives in acquisitions, divestitures, business restructuring, IT transformation, and establishing cost accounting frameworks. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Financial Compliance for several of Lockheed Martin's heritage business units and was the inaugural graduate of the Lockheed Martin Finance Leadership Development Program at the Missiles and Fire Control division in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Previously, Chad worked at DynCorp International (now part of Amentum), a global services company supporting U.S. Government operations domestically and overseas. That work took him to Iraq, Afghanistan, the UAE, and Kuwait.
Chad holds a BBA in Business Management with a Minor in Economics from Tarleton State University and an MBA from Dallas Baptist University. He founded Elite Career Solutions, LLC (ECS) to provide something that is largely missing in business, which is someone who will provide honest advice about how to advance instead of a generic script. ECS is that resource.
In his free time, Chad enjoys trail running, mountain biking, and spending time with his family.
