Our Founder
Chad Connell is the Vice President of Government Finance at Lockheed Martin Corporation, the world’s largest defense contractor with annual sales of approximately $70 billion. Promoted to this role at 37, Chad has led key initiatives in acquisitions, divestitures, business restructuring, and IT transformation. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Government Financial Compliance for several of Lockheed Martin’s heritage business units.
Before joining Lockheed Martin, Chad worked at DynCorp International, a global services government contractor. His responsibilities included supporting U.S. Government operations domestic and abroad, which provided the opportunity to travel in the Middle East, including Iraq, Afghanistan, the UAE, and Kuwait.
Chad holds a BBA in Business Management with a Minor in Economics from Tarleton State University and an MBA from Dallas Baptist University. In his free time, he enjoys trail running, mountain biking, and spending time with his family.
